    Laura I want to thank you for sharing, teaching and encouraging me to change my life . I have been diagnosed with lung cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and an enlarged heart. I am 63 years old and have been eating the wrong foods all of my life. I live on a limited income and not able to work right now so I cannot purchase your fantastic $197 dollar deal not yet, (smile) but I want to thank you for the many people like myself that is still learning from your Alkaline Diet book your emails and free videos.I never thought I would be eating healthy food and enjoying it. I have learned so much from you. You are helping me to change my life.       Mildly acidic, but much better than beef ones – so go for it as part of your 30% acidic foods Jade! 🙂

    I would love to win a copy of your book. I feel I am deserving of it because my Mom has been living with uncontrolled diabetes for over 20 years. She and my dad divorced after 30 years. The marriage was abusive which also took a toll on my mom’s health. She was living without health insurance and barely making enough to pay the bills. So she always put herself last. Which sometimes meant that she would buy groceries for my sister and nephew who were living with her. My nephew also a type 1 diabetic and Celiac sufferer.
    I finally had enough of watching my mom struggle financially and with her health so I moved her across the country from Tennessee to Las Vegas. Unfortunately she is already losing her eyesight and she can barely walk due to nuropathy, but her attitude is great. And all though most of the damage is already done maybe by following this way of life she can slow down the deterioration of her body if not even reverse some of the damage done.
    I have reseached so much information on different lifestyles and came acros the Alkaline diet. I bought some litmus paper to find out where my mom and I both were with our PH in our bodies. My mom was at a 6. It all finally made sense. Her body was so ACIDIC. I printed out the Alkaline and Acid food list that you provided to help her She has been doing much better. She isn’t following it all the way but has cut out alot of animal products, aspartame, and various other vices she had that were not healthy. She is very excited when she tests her PH now days as it has been between 7 and 8. Sometimes even a little higher.
    So thank you for sharing the knowledge, and thank you for helping me become aware of a lifestyle that is beneficial for everyone.

    Well done! Congratulations! Your program will make the world of difference to those who follow it … even if they don’t honour you with a 100% commitment. Your recipes are easy to follow and taste great. Hard to believe that these dishes are actually good for you and you never feel deprived.

    I encourage everyone to use the Alkaline Diet Vitality to easily make your every day diet full of delicious, healthy meals. No more food cravings, no more unhealthy choices. A 10 week plan that works but only if you work with it!

    Very good book.
    I’ve bought this for me and my wife, and we read it. From her experience(she tried tons of other methods), she sais that this could work.

    In 2002 I had an accident at work which caused a Chiari Malformation. This is where the cerebral tonsils drop down into your spinal column and prevent spinal fluid from flowing properly to your brain. I had to have 7 surgeries in 6 months in 2004 to try to correct this. I developed hydrocephelus, and after the 6th surgery I developed a mrsa staph infection, had to have a spinal tap and contracted meningitis. I nearly died. After I survived I was still going to the E.R. 1-3 times a month for the next 5 years due to debilitating migraines. Doctors told me that was just how I was going to be, there was nothing more to be done. I couldn’t accept that and started doing my own research into health and nutrition.

    A friend had told me about the Alkaline Diet when he was diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer. He had been told that there were reports that cancer can’t grow in an Alkaline body. He tried the diet and he became cancer free. I decided to see if it could help with my health issues. After a week I was off all my pain meds. I haven’t been to an E.R. in more than a year and have gotten back to being able to work full time again. I have not been on any prescription drugs in more than 6 months.

    My mother saw my success and decided to try it for her health issues. She had debilitating fibromyalsia. She was taking Tylenol #3 & #4 and morphine up to ten times a day and was still in pain. After three day on the Alkaline diet she was off her pain meds. I have become a huge supporter of Alkaline living and hope more people give it a try.

    Does your program help at all with chronic diseases that are not seemingly related to food? I have hyperhydrosis, where I sweat a lot more than average people. I do not see how this could really be related to diet but do you think your diet would help with that? The program looks like a good value for all the things in it. Even if your answer is no, I am still going to order the package so me and my wife can try it out. She has had diabetes for about three years now and it is really taking a toll on her. The prospect of ridding ourselves of these diseases is too good to pass up. I’ll tell you how it goes!

    Do you ship to Thailand? I would really like to try your diet but a lot of places do not ship here. Most of the food here is stir-fried with a lot of oil or pan fried. It is having negative effects on my health after living here for three months. I get so tired during the day and do not sleep well at night. I have a blender already so I think the smoothies will go over well, especially for breakfast. Luckily produce is quite cheap here so it will not be a problem buying a lot of fruits and vegetables but I worry about finding some ingredients you might have in the recipe book. Hope to hear from you soon.

      The package is via digital downloads – PDFs, MP3 audios and all accessed from a membership site – so you don’t need to have it shipped to Thailand – you can access straight away form your computer 🙂 Yes, do try the smoothies,they will help with your energy levels. I was in Thailand last year and I think you should be ok with finding most of the ingredients in the recipe books.

    Hi Laura!
    I have the ph Miracle book and you are right – it is not so easy to understand everything. Im hoping your book will be a little easier to understand. I asked for your program for my birthday and can’t wait to read it! The ph miracle book did help me with a lot but I am still struggling with my energy levels. Hopefully your program will help me have more energy, I have a feeling it will!

I am especially excited to try out the green smoothie recipes – I’m not really a fan of eating veggies straight up and that would be a great way to eat them without really eating them, you know?     Thanks Laura for all the research you have done on the Alkaline Diet. I find it all very interesting and informative. My Naturopath just put me on an anti-inflammatory diet which is basically Alkaline foods only along with a few other restrictions. I have just started it and am finding it quite difficult so far as it’s pretty boring eating just fish and chicken and veggies. Will have to do more research to see if I can find some different recipes. I am considering buying your package but know I wouldn’t use everything. Is it possible to buy just your Recipe books? If not I guess I better just hope I win it. Since I live in Canada what would the $99.00 work out to.

    Dear Laura,
    I was really looking forward to receiving your recipe book. I know a reasonable amount from other web sites and a cancer support group I am a member of. There was too much hype about what the price will be – then the suspense about what the price will be -then when it was released, there was the on going monthly cost. I have no intention of starting to pay monthly amounts automatically. I like to be totally incharge of what money comes out of my bank or credit card.

    Hopefully you will reconsider the ongoing costs (I know you said you can opt out at any time but I will not sign away for regular payments for any anount of time)

    hi, i have started drinking wheatgrass juice for the past month. ive also started cooking with cocoanut oil and trying to eat more vegies and things like that. i havent tried yourmorning activator smothie, isnt that alot of calories for one meal?
