Alkaline Diet Motivations?

Hello my alkaline friend. How are ya? Well I hope. Are you managing to include alkalising foods and activities into your lifestyle and maintain it? I hope you’re finding some good things that are working for you on your quest for supreme health. I’ve been really stepping up my health regime over the last few weeks – drinking wheatgrass juice at least twice per day, competely given up chocolate (and replaced with raw cacao), interval running at the gym, swimming lots, boxing and, of course, salsa dancing. Man I love salsa!

The reason for upping my health game of late is twofold:

1. It’s summer soon! That means that at some point, at least once I will be required to wear a bikini, in public (and am planning NOT to look like the lady in this photo) lol.

2. I am out gigging lots with my band and it is TIRRRRRRING! It requires so much energy and stamina to stand and sing rock and funk songs for 2 hours straight to rowdy audiences!

So that’s my motivation. What’s yours? Grab a pen and paper and write down 2 reasons why you you want to have and keep amazing health.

I will be running a free webinar soon too with my friend and health expert Dave Sheahan about the 5 secrets to supreme health, so will give you the heads up on this over the next week or so. Anyway, just a quick catch up to say keep going with your more alkaline diet and I hope you have an amazing day!

Bye for now 🙂 Laura
