Eating For All-Day Energy – How to Do It!

eating-for-energyI went to a business ‘speed networking’ event this morning where we had 2 minutes with each attendee to ‘pitch’ our business. The whole event took two hours and was quite energy-consuming. This sparked me to create a video for you this week on how to eat for sustained energy throughout the day, without the need for stimulants and caffeine. Hey, we’re all athletes of some sort, needing energy for our kids or for work meetings or 30-mile runs (if you’re an endurance junkie like me lol).

Hi Lauren, Thanks for the website and support. I am interested in your carb foods comment. I am lean, size XS, run like you and am doing pretty average to well in transition. I want to eat well for running and high labour work on most days. (arms and back). What I can carb on?
