This 10-week success journal is to be used in conjunction with the main Alkaline Diet Vitality Manual. There is a one-page action checklist for each of the 10 weeks. I’d recommend printing out each week’s checklist and putting it somewhere prominent where you’ll see it and can refer to it regularly throughout the day/week. For example, stick it to your fridge or on your bedroom wall.
