Hello Again Laura,
I have a “single mom” question. Since every penny counts is it possible that when I use 1/2 of anything can the 2nd 1/2 be vacuum sealed and used the next day? Thanks for all you do for us!!

Hi Sheila,
Well with, say, fresh juices, they do begin to oxidise and lose nutrients – that’s the nature of super fresh, super nutritious food I’m afraid. However, it is still a viable option, especially if vacuum packed like you say – this minimises nutrient loss.
Unlike a fast food burger, for example, that will keep and look exactly the same years later! (showing just how many preservatives etc are in them – they hang around in the body like this, yuck!)
Thanks for asking Sheila and enjoy the course 🙂

Laura,
Some of your recipes call for tofu and I really don’t care for it.
What can I use in place of it?
Thank you
Debra
