This month I interview my good friend, Matthew Armstrong.
Matthew is a true example of and inspiration for healthy living. He accepts nothing less than excellence. A life long exponent of the Martial Arts he holds a 9th dan black belt in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu and a 2nd degree black sash in Tai Chi Chuan. His official martial arts training started at age seven, and at age twenty three after a five year service as a Reconnaissance Leader with The Royal Marines Commandos, he moved to Japan to train with the True Masters.
Matthew then went on to found the Human Development Centre. A centre for Health, Healing, Fitness and of course The Martial Arts. His desire to help people produce any result in their life that they are committed to getting brought him to the field of human behaviour and psychology. Immersing himself he went to the best of the best for mentoring, coaching and training, and graduated from the Anthony Robbins Mastery University. He then went on to become an NLP Master Practitioner, Master Hypnotherapist and Time Line Therapist under the instruction of world renowned Master Trainer Steve Linder.
Matthew is an Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner, a professional public speaker and has appeared on both Television and numerous radio shows.

Matthew is  trained in Korean Ki Energy acupressure and sound healing and provides treatment’s. He has also recently published his first book and is progressing well through his second!
He is now known as Ireland’s leading transformational specialist and has coached clients globally including celebrity clients in Hollywood.

In this interview, Matthew gives his top tips for a vitality-filled healthy life.
